SYSTEMATIC BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF HUMAN CAPITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF CIRCULAR AND GREEN ECONOMIES
Abstract
The article carries out a systematic bibliometric analysis of scientific research devoted to the transformation of human capital in the conditions of circular and green economies. The relevance of the study is due to the intensification of global environmental challenges, the need to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, the spread of digital technologies and the transition of economic systems to more resource-efficient and environmentally balanced models of functioning. Particular attention is paid to the role of human capital as a factor in ensuring innovative development and the implementation of the principles of sustainable management. The methodological basis of the study was the bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database using VOSviewer software. Based on the analysis of keyword co-occurrence networks, the industry structure of scientific publications and content analysis of the most relevant sources, the main thematic areas of modern research were identified. It was established that human capital acts as an integrating element of the interaction of economic, environmental, technological and institutional components of development. The results of the study indicate that there are significant differences between scientific approaches to the study of human capital within the circular and green economies. Research on the circular economy is characterized by a predominantly applied focus and focuses on issues of resource efficiency, waste management, optimization of production processes, development of circular business models and implementation of technological innovations. In contrast, research on the green economy is more comprehensive in nature and covers the issues of green financing, decarbonization, energy transition, state regulation and ensuring sustainable economic growth. It is determined that the transformation of human capital occurs in the direction of the development of digital, innovative, managerial and environmental competencies, as well as strengthening the role of knowledge. It is generalized that human capital is not only a resource for economic development, but also a strategic mechanism for ensuring the transition to sustainable, competitive and environmentally friendly business models in the context of modern global transformations.
